Its a INLINE 4, what reason could you possibly have for wanting a DUAL exhaust?? Each pipe will have to be like 0.7" wide in order to prevent the pipe size from robbing performance.

he made it clear he knew the performance would suffer. plus if you ran dual pipes try running a single pipe all the way back to the rear bumper and use a muffler with 2 exits.

thank's yotaman85. My point exactly. Best way I think would be to do this and not hurt back pressure is 2" back to a single muffler with 2 outs and then 2 1/4" straight back to the bumper.

I was more curious on the way some of the setups sound. There is no "real" way to run true dual exhaust on a 4 cyl unless you custom header it or hack up a thorley at the tri before the y and use a cross over pipe to equalize the flow between pulses.

i dont have duels just lge headers, with i think a 2" pipe to my muffler then a 21/4 pipe to my bumper. If you want a deeper tone to it just get a good exhaust tip, that helps out.
