seafoam treatment question

Will be doing a sea foam treatment today on my '88 22re. My question is should I go thru the brake booster, pcv? How much sould I use in the crankcase and gastank? Will be doing my '91 3.slow this weekend, I was thinking of buying 4 cans to do both runners. I'm looking for some advice from members who have done this before as this will be my first time using the stuff.
Thanks!

I just did the Seafoam to my 98 4Runner, the oil treatment just follow the directions on the can, but as far as doing the carbon treatment through the vacume line, i used one that was on the intake or plenum? But be very careful you dont pour the whole thing in at once or put the hose in to suck it out, just dribble it in, Cuz if you do, liquid does not compress and you well blow a rod through your block. And the other thing is after i was done letting it sit for ten minutes then starting the engine white smoke pours out and when you drive it, it will be twice as bad for about 4-5 miles blowing all the carbon out. And fiinally my experiance after all said and done when i got on the gas it the engine pinged a bit had me worried but it went away and shes runnin good. So hope this helped a bit. Cheers

Closest vacuum line behind throttle plate. You don't want to get it on the airbox side of the throttle plate because there's not very much vacuum at idle.. Closest port on intake manifold side of throttle plate ensures adequate vacuum to suck the crap up and is far enough upstream in the plenum to distribute it to the whole intake and ports associated with each cylinder.

I used the charcoal cannister purge line when I did mine. Smaller line made it easier to regulate the flow and it is up front, easy to reach and long enough to use. I adjusted flow by dipping the end of the vacuum line in and out of the Seafoam in the bottle.
