Running a Fuel Cell

Hey guys, I have leaky tank on my 94 pickup. Instead of replacing it, my buddy suggested a fuel cell. I know I'd loose my fuel gauge, and I'm totally fine with that, my truck is more of a work truck/winter vehicle and rarely goes out of town.

My question is, any recommendations on fuel cells, and what all will I need to get it up and running?

Thanks for any help.

Try running a search for "fuel cell" under the 86-95 section and I bet you'll have hours of reading to do.

My crawler is carbed. I used a aluminum pontoon tank that i picked up at a yard sale. They already have a sending unit in them and then use a $20 guage for a boat. some of the guys I run with pulled the fuel pump out and cut a hole in the tank they fabbed up and tapped it for threads
