sure it is fixable with the right skill set and access to the correct tools.
If you don't have those buy another 4Runner and part this one out.
If you turn it into your insurance they would total it.

That's the thing , insurance is out of the picture because it'll skyrocket , would parting it out be my best bet ? I could find a cheap one with out a motor etc ?

Just because of its year, insurance wont give much for it and usually in a roll over the roof or the dash area tend to get pushed in and it would take a lot of work to get it back to the way it should be. Even if they get it looking descent most tend to have air leaks and gap problems.

Parting it would be the best way to get your money out of it if there is a demand in your area. You could sell some parts on here but parting a truck does not always get rid of all of the parts and most go to the scrap heap.

You know the condition of the drive train and rest of the parts. If you are really into 2nd gen runners, parting a truck out is a great way to get a stash of parts that will pay for it self several times over. You might be able to find a few trucks that need the parts on them that you have. A couple of years ago I found two second gen runners, one needed a transmission and the other a motor.

All depends on what you plan!!

Can you afford a off road vehicle or does it need to double as the daily driver grocery and kid hauler??

Find another one strip the good parts off the rolled one haul the rest away.

In my case parting out a vehicle for profit most times costs more then I make
