roll on paint job, are you nuts. are you coming down from a meth binge? alright, 6'' high density foam roller, and three inch wide foam paint brush. prep it like you were spraying it. hit the search button after you type in ""roll on paint job"" i am going to do my truck when i pick out the color scheme.

I already have the paint, I'm just still debating between spraying it and rolling it. I have the fireside red which is a lot louder than I thought and definitely has a lot of orange to it. Ah well, the neighbors will get over it.
The things I saw while searching:
don't use primer since the paint is self-leveling and may not adhere as well
the right dilution rate for spraying seems about 15%
I'm hoping to tape everything off and spray/roll this stuff on at the beginning of March. As soon as that is done I'm gonna herculine the bed.

i dont know maybe its just me, but i would definately spray paint my rig if my paint needed it. just something about spraying. i think its easier, and its probably going to be faster to get in all the cracks and stuff. dont forget inside the doors and stuff.
i might do this to my girlfriends civic, just not sure when. plus, im not so good mixing tape and newspaper

for the love of god don't use 6" rollers. use the 4" high density foam rollers. 6" rollers won't work and will look like crap. prep normally, sand between coats, yada yada. spraying is faster but rolling is cheaper.

ditto! i only have one coat down, (then the weather turn south and my 4runner died so i had to start driving it again) but it still looks good. once i'm done with my motor swap, i'm going to sand it down again, and re shoot it.
