Replacing headlight adjustment plastic tabs
I've been searching for a set of the plastic headlight adjustment tabs for my '87 4Runner for about an hour now with no joy. These are the plastic holders that the adjusting screws for the headlight go into...one vertical and one horizontal. I'm not sure of the "official name" or part number for these guys and if someone could point me in that direction it would be greatly appreciated. I'll probably end up calling the dealer tomorrow, but haven't had any success finding them at any online sources.

Dealer... they are cheap enough.
One other option is a product called a "Toggler". Made for anchoring what ever to drywall and can be found at home improvement stores. Hard to describe with words, but the plastic "nut" will click right into the factory hole and included bolt will adjust the light. The catch is you can only pull against the adjusting ring.
Come to think of it.... just go to the dealer. :bounce2:
