Replacement parts for the R150F transmission.
Anyone know a good place or website to get replacement parts to the R150F transmission in 1990 4Runner? Model comes with the transfer case for 4x4 driving. It's been a long while since the transmission has gotten any service. The clutch is almost gone and replacement is in the works. This would be an opportunity to check the internals for signs of wear and tear. Im thinking I'll find the sychro to the 4th gear damaged because I probably did damage it while shifting without using the clutch pedal and timing the shift after letting go of the gas pedal. It still works, but shifting into 4th without using the clutch pedal takes an effort to pull it off correctly once in a while.
