Remove Side Panel Fuse Box 1995 T100

1995 T100 - no dash gages work. So I am attempting to replace top half of the fuse box. Any knowledge on how to split and remove the box?

Im not sure on policies regarding recommendimg other forums so i apilogize to the moderators if im not supposed to say this but the toyotanation t100 forum gets a lot more traffic.
