'86 interior fuse box removal

I first posted this in the Newbie Tech forum, but seeing as how it is 5th generation specific I thought I would try it here.

My first thread is hopefully an easy one. I've searched and searched for some info on this with no luck. I've looked in some FSM's and couldn't find my answer there, either; I do not have a Chilton or Haynes.

I have a 1986 2wd pickup. I'm trying to get access to some wires and can't figure out how to remove the fuse box/panel behind the driver's side kick/dash panel. The fuse (and relay?) box is a white plastic box with one bolt at the bottom. But it feels held in place on at least one point at the top- I can't see what's holding it and am afraid to use too much force for fear of breaking a tab or screw mount.

Any ideas on how to get this off so I can get at the wires behind there?

Does anyone have a Chilton or other manual (or personal experience) that may address this?
