remove interior fuse box

I have searched this forum, and the internet in general, for hours and can't find this.

The interior fuse box on the driver's side lower A pillar has a bolt at the bottom that releases the bottom of the fuse box but the top is secured in some fashion that I cannot figure out. I have tried to feel around for a "clip" that would clip in the plastic at the top. This plastic is 20+ years old and brittle. I don't want to break it (destroying something while repairing something is stupid) is there someone who has done this and can shed some light on how this #%*^%$ thing comes out? During my searches I have seen the question asked but I have never seen it answered.

Sorry if this seems obvious to others but this thing has me baffled....

This might help. Post 390 in my build thread shows a picture of my fuse panel removed. If you zoom in at top of panel I think you can see the clip. Looks like you have to depress the tab.
