Rebuild, new fuel injectors

When rebuilding/replacing a motor with say 200K+ miles, is it a good idea to replace the fuel injectors? Assuming they are in good working order at the time of rebuild. Or will the originals go another 200K miles?

I would at least send them out to be cleaned and tested. If the numbers come back all out of whack..Then replace.
