Bosch 02 sensors are known for not working well in toyotas, I would replace it with an OEM 02 sensor.

Mine had a really bad miss at idle and I replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, pcv valve and air filter. This didn't really help, I just adjusted the valves today and it's super smooth now, no miss whatsoever.
