Rear wiper and window

I have a 1987 4runner and all of a sudden the rear wiper and the window won't roll up or down. I can hear a clicking behind the driver seat on the side panel by my head when push the window button. Any ideas options? I don't care if the wiper works but the window is a must have!

If you have ever used a soldering iron ( this was my first time, I just googled and watched some videos on some tips on how to do it), you can replace your relays quite easily, i think there was a post by 4crawler that goes through replacing them and where to get them at, I did mine and it works so much faster and better (window up and down) but do a google search...

eh, here ya go

Ok, I replaced all four relays and they r working but not rolling window or wiper working. I'm missing something somewhere. There is a black wire and red wire in the tail fate that is cut but it looks like its been that way for a long time. Any idea? And what this might go to? I don't see any where it was connected.

I believe that goes to the defroster. If you look at the bottom corner of the window (in the 1st Gen it's the bottom driver's side) you'll see two flat prongs. One pointing toward the left and the other point forward (if memory serves me).
