What have you checked?

have you tried to open it with the key?

my switch just went out, Marko helped me figure it out last weekend, we basically took the switch out and jumped the plug to make the window go up and down.

Or is your motor shot?

motor is the same as the power window motor.

Good luck

use a 12v battery and hook the cables directly to the motor to bring it down.

Dude, he has a second gen. It is VERY different from yours in the back. To open the tail-gate and get to bolts that hold the taillight in place you MUST lower the rear power window.

I know the 1st gen ones have a sensor on the wiper so if the wiper isn't all the way up, it won't let the window roll down....it may be worth a try.

Here's what I did when facing same poblem:
Climbed in back and removed carpeted panel. Unplugged blue color plug with power window leads. Red and green wire inside plug. Hooked 1 to positive side of battery and Touched Negative to the other. If window doesn't go down, reverse wires. You can use truck battery or drag one in the back with you. I used long leads and truck battery. Once window is down and tailgate open you can remove control board behind plastic panel to the rear of the drivers side storage bin. I pulled mine out and soldered a 2 pole single throw centre off switch to the green and red wire on the board. Ran it up under dash. Ordered a new control board from a wrecker. Switch will work till new board arrives.

Back Window Stuck

Hello have you checked to see if your window lock in the middle of the console isn't on the loc. also make sure the tailgate is fully closed if all that is ok then you'll have to take the left side rear panel and chase the wires for the motor see if you cant get power to lower window down."check fuses also" hope one of these work. good luck if you need any more help just pm me i'll try to help further.
