rear quarters 87 DLX fixup

Rebuilding 87 4runner, DLX --severe rust spots out from tailights, above both rear wheel wells almost to door jambs..
any ideas how and with what to fabricate replacement metal panels. anybody fix these areas up? any aftermarket panel solutions? replaced front fenders with pickup truck panels but haven't never seen rear panel options. not much to weld to. any other mfg. brands (chev, ford, have anything similar aftermarket panels in size to trim, modify, fabricate into my yota? Unless there is some kinda aftermarket option, would probably like to create a metal panel to join couple inches in front of taillights, extending over wheel wells, past gas tank door and back from door jamb about a foot. Probably go about 6 inches under slider windows for height. Any ideas for this type of creation? Don’t have to be fancy, just better than rusted out holes and old bondo cracks….thanks

thanks Toy, tried visiting their website but nothing but popups, wont open. any other info? clicking on the 84-88 4runner yields nothing. do they make panels?
