Rear power window

Since i replaced my tailgate a while back i always noticed the rear window doesnt operate smoothly going up and down. I cant seem to figure out why my best guess would be the arms on the regulator since my vehicle was in a accident anybody have any ideas on what else could cause this?

I'd try what Scope said first. My driver side door inner parts all work much better than the passenger.. since I removed the door panel and cleaned and greased everything. Including locking cylinder. Big difference.
