Rear Crossmembers

I was under my 92 4 runner today after removing the spare and noticed a lot of rust on my two rear crossmembers...Are these replaceable?? Are replacements available for these? What are my options here

are they connected to the body? the only thing im picturing is the crossmembers in my bed that help strengthen it, if so the only mode of replacement would be to cut n weld

No their not the ones on the body but the ones between the frame rails at the back.. I figured that it be a cut and weld I was just wondering if there what to use to repair it is there someone that makes aftermarket ones or just find the metal and make my own??

if you have tow hitch or aftermarket bumper, you can just cut and weld. Your frame should stay square....or maybe do one at a time.

Just cut out the bad metal and weld in a new support. I have to do the tube support as mine is rusted out in the middle...
