Radio Anti-theft Code

OK people, after talking to a friend, he thinks when I removed the OEM radio and amp, then tried to put it back in, the anti-theft is kicking in. I have to unplug the smaller plug on the amp and plug it back in to get the speakers to work.
I don't have an operators manual, it does say anti-theft on the cassette door. What do I have to do to solve this problem?
Does anyone have a manual with the code in it?
Thanks,
Jerry

codes are set by individual owners at time of purchase. In order to reset the code, you have to take it to the dealership.
