From: Nashville TN. I can help you if you're close BUT NOBODY CAN HELP YOU IF YOU DON'T FILL YOUR LOCATION IN!
Can you link me the parts places you're looking at? For the life of me I can't find one...
I can find one for a Honda motorcycle, but nothing for a Toyota...
I can have me some fun if I can find a OEM parts source, on-line

Here are two very good parts sources. They both used to have diagrams, but I guess Toyota flexed their muscle and now they only have part #'s.
http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/
http://www.toyotapartszone.com/genui...ota-parts.html
Here is where I buy all of my OEM parts, they have good prices and they are great to deal with!
http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...?siteid=213747
I also use their online catalog as a cross reference and they do have diagrams for some of the parts that I have accessed online. not all but some!

RET Clutch
I bought a 22RET that came with a 9 1/4 clutch flywheel and ordered a new pressure plate and disc from LC Enginering.
I found they sell flywheels for this clutch also (lowrange also sells this flywheel for $54 much cheaper)
But my question is does this clutch fit inside the regular 22re belhousing or am I in for a shock
And if it does fit then is this going to be a good clutch upgrade?

And define regular, we can only guess what you have.

I have a few toyotas with 22re's in them (1985 celica, 1989 pickup, 1991 pickup) and I find the clutch to be one of the weakest component's next to the timing chain, and I am wondering if a $54 dollar flywheel and a larger clutch could be the solution?

i think it has alot to do with the person behind the wheel!!! Unless your starting with clutches abused by the owner before you.
If you are that hard on clutches I don`t think you will be any happier with this set up.
Your only talking about being able to handle another 40 horse power.
With the torque and horse power of these engines clutches should last a very long time.
Being your in Canada it may be harder to get parts but most auto parts vendors can get the 22RETC flywheel at least in my area.

It jusst seems every 22re that a buy comes to me with a shot clutch. I have been driving standards for over 30 years and been a comercial truck driver for the last 15, I have not gone through a new clutch in my life with the exeption of my mustang that was abused daily.
I know standard learners are very hard on their first clutches and I guess I have to assume at the age of these veicles have had a number of drivers, and that worn clutches are par for the course.
I would also note that someone at Toyota also shared my opinion that the clutch was under enginered as they increased the size of the clutch for the last three years in the 4x4 22re's.
We have some rough steep terrain and a lot of rednecks who like big tires and running their trucks to the limits up here in gods country.
