On my 1994 4Runner with the 3.slow, if my two upper cam gears are both on the timing marks, and the crank pulley is on the 0 degree timing mark, its eveything good?? Yep - but I would put on a new belt and water pump while I had it all apart!

Note the 3VZE is non-interference, so you didn't trash the valves.
