The alternator needs to be checked. The voltage regulator is faulty. mounted on the alternator it self [/I]OTE=whitetaco02;1021566]My dad has a 94 toyota pickup, 22re, 5 speed and his battery light and brake light keep coming on and off. I was driving it today and the lights stayed on but when i went over some railroad tracks they came off. i remember reading about this but can't exactly recall what might be the problem. he had the alternator rebuilt (brushes, etc..) buy our mechanic at toyota a month ago so I am really not sure what the deal is. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks ya'll!!![/QUOTE]
