Pulling right?

Well i'm a newbbbieee here now aren't I? dur dur dur

I like the smilies here thats forsure.

Heres the deal i'll put my runner into 4wd low or high and the bastard will pull meannnn to the right when im on the gas. The front CVs are good and one is brand spanking new. Not really sure what is going on with it right now. Didn't notice it when i bought the car 7 months back.

Well any input would really help out here.

I did you the search tool and came up with nothing.

lil facts
1994 4runner
3.slow
5 speed manual
auto hubs( I want to convert to manual soon)

Is one of the hubs blown to crap maybe? I'm not sure thats my guess or allignment issues

Thanks a lot everyone,

-Joe

If i remember right one of your hubs is jacked. My 83 did that once and i found the hub wasn't disengaging.

yeah it has to be something being powered on the front passenger side wheel. if the CV is good, sounds like the hub to me

If you got the Auto hubs, then the only way the hub could be jacked is if one is broken. I'm assuming that if a hub was jacked you would hear it or feel it. The auto hub is just a plate that causes the CV to turn with the wheel always, not just on selection. Also if one CV wasn't getting power to the wheel because of a jacked hub, then I would think it just spins, cause its an open differential right?

Tire pressure is good.
CVs are both in new or great shape.
And there is no limited slip lock diff lincoln locker anything.
I'll have to investigate my hubs before any tahoe trips.

Any other ideas?

Thanks a lot,

-Joe

I thought they discontinued auto hubs way back before that. Im pretty sure you have ADD. Is it visibly out of alignment perhaps?

Does it pull to the right on the road?

Seems weird it would do it in 4low and not any other range.

I have an 88 runner and it does the same thing. Not that I notice it low because it doesn't go fast enough. But in 4high on the road it pulls to the left. I will double check that both hubs are locked and tire pressure even. It's not to bad but bad enough I dont use 4wd on highway. No need except for a hill or something.
