By chance, was the alarm wired to roll up the windows when it armed? If so, you have to interrupt a wire to make that happen. When you removed the alarm you broke that circuit.

Nothing is permanently dead, but you are going to have to trace some wiring to find where the alarm was inserted into the window circuit.

As you found out, you can't just cut an alarm out. You have to do a complete uninstall, which includes putting the wiring back to the way it was before the alarm was installed. You are lucky it wasn't an ignition kill that engaged...

Best of luck!

OK i just called the company that makes the alarm system. they said there is nothing in the alarm that would cause the windows to stop functioning...

So i think i might have knocked a wire loose...
Also the driver window & very back window is the only windows one i can roll down... So i assume the fuse isn't blown.... any ideas where i can find a wiring guide or maybe ideas on how to figure this out..

You SURE the lock switch isn't in the locked position? It's acting like it.

Here's the wiring for the windows, and a way to test the Master Switch Lock for functionality.

Everybody is a little bit retarded, don't sweat it.

A few weeks ago, I couldn't figure out how to make the stupid 'Back-Door' light go out on my dash. I searched the FSM, Yota-Tech, etc, only to end up posting and found out I had to push down the tailgate lock button.

Doh!

The connectors for the door harness is right in the LH kick panel, it will be obvious once you get the cover off.
