Post Halfshaft Replacement Issues

Just finished putting a new drivers side halfshaft in. THing is, when in four wheels drive fully turned left it gets very tight and wheel kinda of binds. I think maybe it is because it needs to find its "groove" and just loosen up maybe, or did I screw up? Nonetheless in two wheel drive it is fine. Any thoughts?

it will do that on a high traction surface, ie: pavement. not recommended as it can lead to cv shaft failure from the high torque stresss. you dont notice it while offroading as the driveline will 'slip' on low traction surfaces, ie: dirt, gravel, grass etc.
