Pics Of K&N Intake Kit

Does anybody have a picture of one installed on a 3.0? I've been searching high and low and have not found any pictures except for ISR mods.

Sadly there is no K&N intake "kit" for the 3.0 if you want to go to a cone you either have to buy or fab a cone filter adapter that fits onto the MAF . I believe K&N does make an adapter but there are also several other mfgs. of that part that may be cheaper. That's why the ISR mod was developed.

The K&N FIPK really only gives a nice cone filter intake noise when you're at WOT and maybe a little snappier throttle response. The paperwork that comes with it even says that you gain 4.25 horsepower at 4200 RPM or something like that. If I didn't get the kit very cheap I wouldn't have spent the money on it and the gas mileage isn't any better than with the stock setup.

If i wasn't swapping to the 3.4L and a Injen power flow intake (Use the stock box with TRD filter when i wheel so i will connect the snorkel) i would try a K&N FIPK on my 3.0L to see if a FIPK really does make a difference between my ISR/deckplate mod with the regular K&N drop in filter.
