Parts Question/Oil Leak Question
I just bought a 1994 Toyota 4Runner. The Truck does not leak oil. When I start the truck though it starts Leaking Quite a Bit. The leak seems to be coming from behind the part pictured (see attachment)
The part is located on the driver side of engine just above the oil pan and in front of the bell housing.
Thank you in advanced for any light you can shed on my question and oil leak issue.

It's the Lube Oil Cooler.
This part is not on all 1994 trucks, but I can't tell you why you have it and I don't. The manual (which you are going to get, aren't you?) says the Oil Cooler goes back on with 43 ft-lbs, and the bolt goes on with 29ft-lbs.
Have fun!

GOT IT!!! Thanks for all the help
I took the plunge this past Wednesday and tore into the Oil Cooler on my 1994 4Runner. It took me about 4 hrs to complete the job and some busted knuckles but for $12 bucks it was worth the experience.
I felt the most difficult part was reattaching the hose clamps since I was probably using the wrong tool to crimp back the clamp.
Oh, one other thing I forgot to do was buy 2 containers radiator fluid. I ended up spending more money in gas driving back and forth to the dealer ship.
It has been a good 15 years since I've worked on a car and I must say I'm glad to be back! This was my first major accomplishment on my 4Runner and now I'm ready to move on to the abs light problem. Again thanks to everyone for the help.
I almost forgot to say the most important point to this exercise, "NO MORE OIL LEAK!!!!"
