X2 The radiator cap is inexpensive, quick & easy to change and I have been told by a radiator shop that on older or high mileage vehicles it is good prevenative maintenance.

hmmm... got a new cap, but my radiator is a bit on the old side. Might just get a new one. A buddy of mine, got a new alluminum radiator for 90 bucks from a local place here in santa barbara, ca called 'Wholesale Cooling'. I already have brand new hoses, new t-stat, and the waterpump looked fine when I did the timing chain guides a little while ago. I'm still looking into possibly doing a flexalite slimline pusher fan in between the condenser and the radiator. I'll post up if I find out any good news.

Some 22re's have a t-stat housing with an extra sensor in it. My truck came without that sensor, so I got one of those housings and put the gauge in there. I used a gauge from Equus ($16 on Amazon) and had to get an adapter. The sensor hole is M16-1.5 and the gauge is 1/4" NPT or something.
