Oil leak after new timing set???

I know what you mean about the grooving, but that's not my problem...The relief valve on the top of the oil pump, is bubbling and leaking down....Its a new oil pump from engbldr, so I cant see why it would be bad... I also don't think my oil pressure could be high enough to cause the relief valve to open and leak....I want to stop the leak, but don't wanna mess with the valve until I get some other opinions...
