Nonexistant diagnostic code?95 pickup 3.0

My CEL has been on for about six weeks.Did head gasket job 2 weeks ago along with all peripherals that go along with that.(thanx again to a few people here)So today I did a diagnostic check.(TE-1 to E-1) and got a 27.By all my research (Haynes, and FSM,google, and yotatech search) that code doesnt exist.Anyone know what it is?Or heard of it before?

Head gasket job was a success.

Forgot to mention HG job was a complete success (knock on wood, only been a week) Even after breaking the bvsv valve on intake manifold between firewall and Phlenum, and super glueing, and gasket sealing (temporary fix,see other post)

Where did you get that FSM?

The manual suggests you have an open or short in the sub O2 sensor (downstream sensor) heater circuit. Did you remember to plug it in?
