No noise from fuel pump
Tried starting my 94 pickup 22re 2wd twice but didn’t start 3rd time cranked while stepping on gas and it started for a few seconds then shut down. noticed no sound from fuel pump when key was in the on position so I assumed it was a fuel issue but when I connect FP to +B the fuel pump starts but the truck still won’t start when connected. I replaced the efi relay and the blown 15a fuse I found as well as the circuit opening relay but it still won’t start. How can I fix/diagnose the problem any insight is greatly appreciated.

in a normally functioning 22re system, the fuel pump only runs when the engine is turning over, aka, vacuum opening up the air metering vane... as i recall, when you put the jumper in the fuel pump should run whenever the ignition is on, the cor would have no effect, it's been bypassed.
fwiw, fuel pump making noise doesn't guarantee that there is fuel pressure.
if you shoot carb cleaner into one of the vacuum hose openings on the throttle body it should run for a second, which helps to eliminate electrical issues.

Here's everything I know about the VAF-COR circuit. https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...-quits-312747/
Yes, you need a multimeter to work on your truck.
