Hello, this is my first time here and first Toyota truck, I bought a 89 Toyota xcab 4x4 with the V6 and auto, 3" body lift, 2" suspension lift, 32" Mud Kings. I love this truck and drive it to work daily but have a really bad oil leak on the front of the engine. Started tearing it down today and it is somewhere on the front of the engine, lower end. Any places that are typical to this engine that I need to pay close attention to? Thanks in advance! Oh, and it has 229000 miles and seems to suck gas.

I haven't even taken any yet?! I'll try to do that tomorrow if I can. I have wanted one for a long time and my beautiful wife agreed last week so the little car I was driving back and forth to work went to the kids and I bought the truck.

i had a bad oil leak but it was in the top end were the timing pulleys are. and the valve cover gaskets. welcome to YT.
