Help! New axle, brake problems

Put a new (unbent!) rear axle in my 94 4rnr, now after the brakes were bled I can 't get the brake pressure up. What's the correct procedure:
-Bleed master cylinder-got it
-Bleed brake lines- them too (all 4)
-Bleed LSP ang BV WHAT ARE THESE?
I'm just spongy.
