New ARB Bumper & some other shots
Just wanted to show off my new ARB bull bar. I couldn't help but throw in some motor shots. Engine degreaser & Aerospace 303 cleaner 4thewin.
I plan on getting a winch on there some time next year when I get my WARN rear bumper. Couldn't have the ARB sitting around ne more.

Jury is still out TBH. Requested and payed 100$ extra for OEM head gaskets and he still sent me Felpro. I let it go though. I had to ship the cylinder heads back because the intake valves were not seating. I was having all sorts of issues ( compression etc ) that were since taken care of since i got the heads back. John at OER took care of everything so that was good on him. I'm having a slight knocking/tapping/clicking noise when I accelerate now though, so that isn't good. I don't know if it's a bearing or what. It's not an exhaust leak. I'm also having a power loss / throttle response issue. Gonna have the dealership check it out. Less than 2,000k on the motor.
If I could do it all over again I would probably go with Putneys. Either that or get those pro cylinder heads from LC engineering. I also wish i didn't ship back my old motor for the core charge. I have been having nothing but headaces since I did the engine swap. I'm not the only one also, Irish Tyrant went through the same things I did with his OER motor. Both the super stock 3.0. I don't think I should be having these problems with a brand new motor. I figured everything would be gravy after the swap, and things just keep getting more and more complicated.
I can't keep pulling this damn thing to ship it back if their are any more problems. If it fails i'm gonna consider it a loss and get a putneys motor. I was warned by other users here on the forum, and i'm not 100% sure if this motor is gonna last. My whole goal was to have this truck totally rebuilt, and have it last for another 20 years and not have to worry about it.
