negative side of coil 3.0 efi/tach hook-up

My 3.0 is fuel injected[efi]. I bought the truck and the tach not working. went online and got insallation manual for my tach. It's a sunpro. Manual says green wire has to go to - side of coil but coil has no - side. It has small electrical box next to it. where do I hook green wire?

thanks shoes138
I printed the picture up. I can see your green wire bu can't exactly see where it hooks to .I don't want to be a pita but your hood brace is blocking the view.

You can also connect it to the IG terminal on the test connector by the fuse block in the engine compartment.
