Need help replacing front lug studs

My valve stem was leaking so I took my 93 to my buddies house to get her fixed, got that fixed and went to put the wheel back on and BROKE 3 STUDS IN A ROW!!!! One with the impact and two by hand. The other three didn't get cranked down after that, so now it's stuck about ten miles from my place.

So I find this thread
https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...-stuck-195351/

WOW.... This doesn't look like fun

What do you guys think I should do

I'd get six new wheel studs and replace them all while you are there.

I'd check the rest too.

Tore into it tonite

Here I got 4 out of 6 cone washers out from about 50 hits apiece with a hammer and screwdriver

Took a little break, pryed the gaps, and with about about 100 more taps each got the last two

12mm bolt, snap ring, and 54mm (i think) nuts came off fine
I had to unhook the brake line because it was hard line, but the caliper came off without a hitch, and now were bare!

Got everything separated, now I just need to pick up some studs tomorrow....
And at least I know why they broke:

Is it normal for those to wear like that? I'm assuming they are the originals from 93

One last thing, the one on the right came out of a 94 and seems a bit thicker than the ones that came out of this truck, is that right (the 94 was built in japan and 93 in US if that matters)

Also, how do I go about torquing the preload on the inner nut and lock nut, and the washer that goes between them
