Need help finding idle issue
I know I read a post about this a few days ago and I can't find it now, The issue is with brake on the idle wants to go to 1k then drop back down over and over until I take my foot off the pedal and then with no brake on it go's to 2k like it is trying to warm up then drops back to 800rpm and repeat just like the foot on the brake issue, I need to get this fixed anyone that can help please point me the right direction this all just started a few hours ago on the fresh rebuild. 22re sorry forgot that.
Thanks all

Come on someone just had this issue speak up what was the solution? I believe it had something to do with a sensor adjustment or something along them lines.

Um #1 if the brake is affecting idle at all you have a vac leak in the break line going to booster or booster is bad.... #2 the idle on a 22re should be 750 factory but anything between 750-1000 is fine. Is there any codes? Check for vac leaks everywhere.... since you just rebuilt it you might have a disconnected hose somewhere....

Well, I don't know about the recent post you're referring to, but there's some older posting.........to include 4crawler..........that points at the idle bypass valve out of adjustment.
This is from a different site, but same info........
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/TLCA_Tru...ech.04.09.html
If you haven't tinkered at all with the valve, maybe the TB needs some cleaning?
Edit: Right........ you've rebuilt. Kiroshu may be right.......or 4crawler may be right. Hell, I dunno. Check it all, eh. Good luck.
