Need help with 3.0 downpipe flange

Hey everyone, what i need, is the dimensions of the downpipe flange for the 3.0.
I'm building a new stainless exhaust for the manifold back, and apparently i cant buy a triangular gasket for the flange, so i have to get a flange cut for the DP....
Does anyone have a stock 3.0 downpipe, so they can measure teh flange for me? I'd take mine apart, but then i have to put it back together (and i KNOW that i'll be torching it off) so that would be a b!tch + 1/2....

So anyways, can someone give me some dimensions of the flange? I'm sure someone has a stock 3.0 dp laying around... i would GREATLY appreciate it, as the exhaust has to be done this month (emissions test coming up soon)...

Cheers!

Greg

My friend currently has his 3.0 out of his truck. I'll try to sketch the flange in MS paint with measurements. It won't be pretty but you'll get the idea.

You can't use the original "O"ring gasket that came from Toyota?

Hey Greg what are you using for the bends? I think I found a local supplier of mandrel bends but that means my whole exhaust will have to be fabbed which is more time then anything I guess.

89,
Oh, i don;t know what the actual flange looks like, if it has any divits or cut outs/fillet in it or w/e, to accomodate the toyota gasket. MS paint drawing would be great! anything to help me out a bit, i have to draw it up in autocad anyways to get it cut out. But if it has any chamfers or w/e for the gasket.. those are probably the most important (as well as the hole/ Center to center measurements.)

Rauch,
me and my cuz came up on the motherload of mandrel stainless steel bends last year (in sizes from 1" up to 4") from 45 degree to 180 degree, so i will be using those along with some straight piping i got from mbrp, with an mbrp muffler and magnaflow highflow cat. (got all the stuff at the barrie automotive fleamarket).. should end up costing me around $300 in the end (65 for muffler, 50 for cat, 40 for piping, and another 50-100 for flanges and gaskets, and 20 for food + drinks while my cuz TIG's it up....)..
let me know if you want any flanges, cut my buddy will be cutting them for me.
I'm going to get a DP flange, and some 2.5" 3 bolt ones that u can buy the "mr gasket header collector" gasket for from crappy tire... all out of stainless....

Cheers!

I will do it today. I was there last night helping him get the brakes back together, and I forgot about the flange.
