I have a stock engine 22RTE,' What I need to know is what are my options here and whats best? I have found several different injectors that will work with my truck but they have different flows and ohms whats best ? for a stock Turbo engine.

 

Assuming you are having problems with the ones you have, your best option is to send them out for cleaning/testing/balancing:
