Exclamation Miss

I have A 88 xtra cab with 142k on it, and it seems to have A miss. I can't really seem to find it. I really noticed it on A trip the other day, on the highway goin about 70. My truck seemed to just "skip A beat", not all the time though.... When I got to my detination, I opened the hood and messed around with my plug wires and dist. cap. On the way home it ran GREAT ??? Does this sound like plug wires? Should I do A tune-up? What parts do you guys recomend? Thanks Stuart

could've been a loose wire that wouldnt make contact on bumbs. anyways...
are they all original. if so you should just replace spark plugs, wires, and cap and rotor anyway with oem. or anothere of the same quality. also make sure when you messed with the disb. youdidnt advance yur timing. stock is 10.
