manual hub hardware part#'s

I got a set of aisins from ebay that are in AMAZING condition...no rebuild at all needed, im just going to pack new grease in the bottom before i slap them on.

Anyways they dont come with hardware so im guessing i'll need to accualy go to the stealership (nooooooo) and pick up the junk. Anybody know the part numbers for the bolts and cone washers just to save time and agrrvation?

Here ya go...

Parts Required:
43422-60010 Gasket - this is the gasket between the axle hub and the Aisin hub body.
43531-60010 Gasket - star gasket between the hub body and cover
Make sure you get the gaskets from the dealerships or have some kind of material to make some with.

I also picked up some stainless steel bolts and washers from Lowe's. M6-1.0x16MM Stainless Steel bolts ( buy 3 packs with 5 bolts each in them) #12 Stainless Steel washers to go with the bolts (buy 3 packs with 5 washers each in them). I also got some paint thinner and some paint to paint the hubs with.

This is from this write up

I am in the process of doing this mod.. read this thread for my latest fiasco. If your hubs were still bolted together all you should need is the gaskets. I paid $7 and some change from the local stealership for them. Good luck!

Make sure you are getting all the gaskets. Mine cost me just under $11.

I think Marlin sells cone washers for a reasonable price (compared to the dealer).

http://www.marlincrawler.com/htm/axles.htm Scroll down. $2.17 each

For the hub dial bolts, get stainless bolts at Lowes. I've found that this area of the country makes regular bolts rust quickly (been there)...

Good, Thats what I thought..
I have a box full of parts waiting on a good weekend to install and would hate to be held up by a few missing washers..

Aisin hubs
new rear brakes
OME rear coils,shocks,extended brake lines
front OME shocks, sordi ball joint spacers
New CV shafts
Power steering pump
Wheel bearings all the way around
front ARB
