I am already running 7 psi as a maximum. Not sure howmuch power and torque as I have never had it on a dyno. My estimate would be maybe 165, 170. But I really have no Idea. I know it has a ton more than it ever did before the turbo.

my 22rte is stock with air box mod, !cat and flowmaster and it does fine with 33s, makes 3psi under any load at all, under a good load more than 1/4 throttle it boosts to 5psi and under heavy throttle/ load it boosts to 6psi but the a/f drops to ~10:1
i've hit 8psi under WOT but the a/f ratio was well below 10:1

i plan to put a manual boost controller in it so ill be making 8psi when im currently making 5psi so ill max out at ~10psi since i NEVER go WOT

I have a boost controller but I cant really use it. It came with my external wastegate. I have hit ten as well and my af is below 10:1 as well and my ignition retards to below 18 degrees before tdc. I also have a knock sensor that will take more timing out if need be. I am able to set how much ignition timing there is as well as how is taken out for boost etc. With this setup It runs well and I am not worried about blowing it up all the time. I dont stay in it tool ong however as timing less than 18 for too long means a huge egt spike.

Sorry for the slight hi-jack but just 3 more questions.

What are you using for an airflow meter?

What T3 are you using and whats the A/F of it?

Where is the torque (RPM wise) with your setup?

I'm done

I use a map sensor not an AFM. Honestly I am not sure what the specs of the turbine and compressor are on my turbo. I have quite a bit of torque it pulls really well throughout. Because I currently have higher compression there is really no lag before power starts. But if I had to guess I would say 2000 - 4500 is where it pulls best. as long as your not trying to excellerate quickly at 2000 rpms in fifth gear.
