loss of power 22re

To start i have a 92 22re 4x4 pickup and it just rolled over to 250k miles. I drove to work and back today and it drove great without even a hint of a problem. I got back from work around 5:30pm and around 8pm i go to move my truck in the driveway from the street.

-started with a noticeibley lower idle than normal (1000 at cold start versus about 1500).
- I decide to take it around the block and it has about half the power it normally does.
- hot idle is irratic between 500 and stalling.
- very slow to rev when in neutral.

My guess is somthing to do with fuel or ignition?
Any ideas guys?
Thanks

plugs, wires, cap and rotor less than 2 years and 10k. Just cleaned out my k&n air filer less than a month ago along with spraying some cleaner in the throttle body.

Sounds like a head gasket. I had this happen to me before. One cylinder leaks into the other. What I did was make a connector out of an old spark plug so I can put compressed air in through the plug hole. Then I screw it into each cylinder and turn the presure up and feel the plug hole next to the cylinder you are filling (The fill cylinder must have both valves closed).
