leaky rear window seal

My 1990 hilux surf keep wetting the cargo carpet -_-

it's obviously leaking from the inside window seal since i can see the water droplet forming and dropping. Now how do i fix it ? how do i take apart the seal w/out destroying it ? thx

iI have seen some thin, watery silicone stuff that can be flowed into a shrunken/dried window gasket; where it will solidify and seal the window/body/gasket interface. Might work.

The only real alternative is to get and install a new gasket.
