Leaking! help!

My 1994 Toyota 4Runner stopped running, leaks every time I try to run it, I have found a discounted line, but I have no idea what it is or where it goes, looks like it goes to the charcoal canister. I am trying to post a pic as well. I hope I have given enough information. I really need my car back!

First, it's no shame to recognize that a problem is beyond your comfort zone. That's why mechanics exist, to help you out with stuff you don't want to mess with.
So do you want to stand there with your arms soaked in gasoline, with no idea where it is coming from? Just think about it for a second.
If you have a 6cyl (3VZE), the Fuel Pressure Damper in the back of the passenger side fuel rail can fail, and leak (though that would be pretty slow). A faster leak in the same location could be the fuel return line.
If you want to tackle this, you don't want the engine running AND fuel spraying all over the place. So figure out how to jumper FP to B+ in the diagnostic connector with key-on, engine-off. That will start the fuel pump so you look for the leak. BUT: be careful pulling the jumper to shut off the pump; it will spark a little and you don't want gasoline dripping off your hands when you do it!

The first picture (named unnamed) is a picture of what is leaking, smells like fuel spurting out of the middle of it.
the second picture (named Unnamed2) is a picture of the line from the charcoal canister labeled purge, looks like it is suppose to be connected to something, but I am not sure what to, please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup, your Fuel Pressure Damper is toast. No, the part can't be fixed, don't waste time turning the screw. Replacing is not difficult. This page might help: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...octite-266710/
The "purge" line from the evap canister https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...octite-266710/ goes to the Thermal Vacuum Valve in the coolant bypass, and from there to the top of the throttle body. My money says your TVV has a broken nipple, so the hose came off with the nipple. There are posts here with instructions how to repair one; the plastic on mine was too crumbly, so I had to replace it.
You need to remove the plenum (upper intake manifold) to replace the FPD, then would be an excellent time to replace the TVV. Here's a picture:
