94 4Runner drivetrain swap?

Need the most cost effective way to get running again
Hey everyone, my first time posting, and I need some advice and help. I have a 1994 4Runner v6/auto/4wd with 180k miles. The trans is going out and needs a rebuild, and now the engine has started leaking oil and I'm not positive on this yet, but it looks like it's coming from above the oil pan, and then running down the sides. The leak is pretty severe, I've had to put a quart in every morning. So what I'm wondering is, without knowing what the oil leak is yet, is my best bet to swap to a 22re and 5spd? And if so, what would that take to do(how much would it cost me)? Or just get the leak fixed, even if it's something serious and have the transmission rebuilt. I'm not any type of mechanic, so any help at all is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

It would be much easier to just swap in what you all ready have.
Off the Top of my head !!
22RE engine has different engine mounts
merging the electrical system is like most other swaps merging the engine harness and vehicle harness
The mounting of the clutch pedal and clutch hydraulics
Lets not forget a Flywheel and a New clutch Kit.,
The different length rear drive shaft I can`t recall about the front.
Your best bet is to find a complete running vehicle .
So you have most all the parts you need.
Depends where you live you might pay a few hundred $$$ to $1500.00
If you can do the work the cost is for parts only just your time.
At this time you might want to sell your 4Runner as is Buy what you want.
I know I missed some things but it should give you an idea
At least one helper if not two would be great.
