Landed a free 92 4runner need advice

So as the title says I've appropriated a free 4runner from my girlfriend's mom who wanted it gone so I tossed it on a trailer and took it down to the shop to sit for the week.

What I know about it : v6 4x4 3VZ-E (?) 230k on the clock, belt and water pump replaced at 227k.

No start, won't crank. Replaced the starter and alternator, along with the now half dead battery

Checked the dipstick when I got it off the trailer..
Bone dry.

So without doing any extensive work on it so far I'm assuming it was ran dry. In the past I've had luck putting fresh oil in, backing it up and trying to turn it over just as a hey lets see what happens. I don't know a lot about these motors, to my knowledge it's non interference, however if the bottom end is seized that doesn't do me much good.

What do you guys think my options are here? The body is perfect, the interior is great it's just under the hood that's the issue. I figured worst case scenario I could find a good long block and drop it in, or sell the shell to a Toyota enthusiast. Were gonna drop some oil in it and try to turn it over with a wrench to see what happens....

I say try to get the 3.0l working for minimal money, and then if that doesn't work maybe a 3.4v6 swap out of a T100 or a Taco. Also post some pics

That's the idea lol basically I need to get it to turn over by hand, if I can get that done I know for a fact I can get it to run, at first I figured it was the belt because they said it just quit running, which to me says that it isn't seized because when the motors eat themselves it's very apparent even to someone who doesn't know their way around a car. I'll send the one pic I have of it to my photobucket really quick and upload it

Yup couldnt really afford one, they're pretty pricey up here in Washington, I just happened to get this on an off chance, I've got my 89 camaro that's currently in the shop for an overly drawn out paint job, then my 08 grand prix daily, had I known this would have come around I would have saved myself the car payment lol

Same here, that was the huge appeal of it to me, the "chrome" paint on the grill is bubbling a bit but that's about it, it's got some green moss/algae around the emblems and the window sweeps from sitting for so long but a good shot with the power washer to clean it up
