keep blowing efi fuse help

ok so i just put my freshly cleaned injectors back in and now it won't start so after looking around for a wile i noticed the efi fuse was blown. replaced that and tried to start it again and nothing, so i looked at the efi fuse and it was blown again. other threads talk about a ground on the intake i can't find one and don't remember taking one off. Where does the ground wire go i and can i just run a new one if that's the problem. it's a 91 4runner with a 22re
thanks

Your O2 sensor wire has a short. 100% that's the culprit.

Check where your o2(s?) is located and check the wires. It could have melted from leaning against the exhaust pipe. That's what happened to mine.

Trace the wiring from the O2 sensor back to the main harness. Usually it short near the sensor where the wires can flop onto the hot exhaust, insulation melts and that causes the short. Where is/are the O2 sensor(s)? In the exhaust. Main one is in the exhaust downpipe, usually visible from under the hood. If you have CA/50-state emissions, a second one will be after the cat, under the truck. Basically look for anything sticking out of the exhaust with wires running to it.
