junkyard finds

maybe its just me that likes to browse the junkyard like its a grocery store, but i would like to see some of the deals people get. so far i've gotten a 93 22re 4x4 with electrical problems for $500, clock for $1, and a 3" body lift for $30

are the junkyards around you guys the ones where you can walk the yard.
and i got a 01 or 02 tacoma ecu for free cus they like us there....

ya i have only one walk in yard near me and they always have older yotas but most are automatics for some reson.

where i go is a walk/ drive around. he doesn't let everyone drive up if he doesn't like them. but he knows me and give me some free parts and real good prices on everything

lol jk dude im just messin with ya, but 25 for two is a darn steal, what are they off of?

i got a bucket drivers seat with all the air lumbar and stuff for $10, lol im in there atleast once a week so im freinds eith everyone who works there, and they guy gives me a handfull of fuses as a freebie everytime i go, because when i first started going there id walk up with a handfull of fuses and ask, how much for these?

Ah and I got a valve cover, free. Gonna paint it red. So next time I have cover off, reds going on. I used to pick up used antifreeze at various junk yards in NE, got to walk around them all n pic at things.

why would you want to pick up used anti-freeze? don't they mix all that stuff together?

x2 lol. at my junkyard they have a tank of antifreeze and you can drop off you old antifreeze for free, but me and my always accidentally mix it with gas or used oil, or both if we dont look inside wich barrel were pouring into
