Jumping out of gear.
I have a 91 4x4 with the 22re that jumps out of 1st and 3rd gears. I have already replaced the shifter bushing and seat to no avail, so what's next don't have money for a new one and was wondering what i need to replace to get it to stop?

Could be mechanical. Could also be that you are resting your hand on the shifter and unconsciously putting rearward pressure on it, gently pulling it out of gear. I had to train myself not to do that. Cured the problem.
Since it's only 1st and 3rd, also look for other things that might put rearward pressure on the shifter, like misfitting shift boots, insulation in the floor, etc.

I had a w56b that would pop out of first, grind going into third, and whined in every gear but fourth. I replaced shifter bushings and adjusted the clutch pedal, but still had pop outs, grinds, and whines.
When I opened it up all the bearings were worn out, specifically the center bearings allowed for too much axial thrust. Which I attributed to the cause of my pop out and grind situation. The run out, synchros (even third), shift forks and shafts were fine.
So the next free/cheap thing for you to do/try is clutch pedal adjustment per fsm. I doubt it will solve anything, but who knows and it’s free. I suspect you’re looking at a rebuild to remedy the situation entirely though.
I was quoted $700-$1500 from two different local shops depending on labor of them removing the trans from the truck and the severity of damage once they opened it up.
I bought pullers and snap ring pliers, bought a rebuild kit, borrowed a press, and rebuilt mine for ~$300. First transmission I ever tore down and rebuilt. Works flawlessly. I just followed the fsm. There were hiccups and hang ups I could discuss further if you’d like; but if you’re inclined it is possible.

Got it off eBay it was under $100 shipped, nachi/koyo bearings, synchros, gaskets.
No kits come with the needle bearings, and they aren’t available through Toyota if I remember correctly. Mine were fine.
I inspected and reused my rear counter shaft bearing because I experienced binding with the supplied one.
Don’t mangle the snap rings! MOST are still available from Toyota. Not all though.
They can be reused if removed correctly.
5th gear is a pain in the ass to remove and install. I chipped some rear most edges, with no ill affect. I had to make a tool to reinstall 5th.
