I wanted to put all the stuff in a post so here's what I've done since I've bought it (1 year ago) and some plans I have for it. I'm indebted to Yototech for all the help I've gotten, for the tech/manual links and videos that have enabled me to do the various things I've done.

Here's the day I got it home after driving it back 1200 miles, was a great trip:Name: DSC_0070-2.jpg

After I got it home, I did the clutch, and new shocks. (no pics sorry)
I noticed the rear drivers seal leaking, and there was a nice whine coming from the rear drivers axle. I found a donor axle in town for $150 so I bought it, tore my rear end apart and found a seized bearing. I used an the axle out of the donor rear-end, changed the seal and it's been quiet as a church mouse ever since. Donor rear end:

After that I found an e-locker (4:56), bought a harness, studs/bolts and switch for it. Here's the rear 3rd, need to clean the surface rust but it has lots of meat:Name: elock_zps1c1c8c53.jpg

I installed the switch with a nice oem sticker:

I replaced all the lens's:Name: lightsrear.jpg

Size: 84.8 KB

My seats were shot, found a nice set of seat covers that fit perfectly, and also changed my steering wheel:

Size: 86.9 KB

Next came cap, rotor, wires and 02 sensor and centre bearing, have to wait to install 02 sensor, I broke one of the flange studs off:

I knew the smittybilts sidesteps were in bad shape, so I took them off, they were rusted right out:Name: smittysidesteps_zps3a8931d2.jpg

Size: 90.9 KB

My zombied up hula girl, gives me at least 100 more horsepower:

Size: 76.0 KB

My rear bumper is shot, took the rear smitty bilt bumper off the parts truck I bought, sanded it down, re-painted it and will put it on this month:

Size: 105.7 KB

Next up, I'm going to remove the 4" blocks from the rear springs, I have the springs and bumpstops for the zuk mod.

I ordered the Truck Lite 5x7 LEDS to finally get some decent lighting for my truck. After that, I'm going to replace my ADD's with the aisin hubs from my donor truck.

These took 13 minutes to install, they are like night and day compared to my stock glass headlights. Are they as good as HID or H4's? No idea and I don't really care - no re-doing my headlight harness,no ballast, housing, lightbulbs etc. And these are very well built, military grade aluminum housing, and DOT/SAE approved. Shipped with tax to my door, $461.10. I'll get some road pics and post this weekend.

they are good year duratracs - 33x 12.5's. Not the greatest on ice but pretty good in snow.

These are cell phone pics, they don't do justice to the nice white light and the low-beam and high beam cut-offs; they are very sharp. I drove on they highway for 45 minutes, no one flashed me. I hit fog down at my turn around point, I really like how nice the pattern was.

25 feet, center of road, raw lumen test: 509/612

1 LUX at 125 yards center.

*

TruckLite 5x7 LED units:

I got them from Drivetrainamerican.com. So far the cheapest price, the trucklite site wanted $279.00 apiece..! Drivetrains was 209.00. I tried using a code I found on NAXJA to get an additional 5%, but it didn't work

I'm liking this truck! You should post up some more full body pictures (of the truck, that is).. That paint is too clean to just give us some small pictures!

Good luck with the truck.

Oh yeah.. I forgot to ask. Where did you get those seat covers? Nobody locally has them for the 60/40s.

Nice looking truck.
Check out CT4WD. It's a Canada wide club (started in Calgary, so mostly western canada). Great group. Lots of regular trail runs everywhere.
There's a few guys in the Ft. St. John/Dawson area I believe.

Decent! I appreciate that, I'm thinking of transferring down to Calgary.

Nice truck, I swapped my headlights this summer with IPF housings from LowRangeOffoad and put Recon H4 4100k bulbs in. What a difference. Also did Recon LED's in my reverse lights but haven't found anybody to take pics for me!
